Assistant Travel Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Travel Designer to join our team. As an Assistant Travel Designer you will work closely with our team to assist in crafting and organizing unique travel itineraries for our luxury clientele.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior travel designer to create personalized travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and needs.
Assist in researching and selecting exclusive destinations, accommodations, activities, and experiences in Italy.
Communicate with clients to understand their desires and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process.
Coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation bookings, reservations, and special arrangements.
Support in creating detailed travel documentation and itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to enhance offerings and recommendations.
Utilize social media platforms to curate and share inspirational travel content, showcasing the company's offerings and attracting potential clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the travel industry, luxury travel, or hospitality is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and familiarity with travel planning software.
Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
Passion for travel, understanding of Italian destinations, culture, and attractions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (US) and Italian.

FirstMed Rome is hiring! We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Specialists who can support the team.
This job requires you to work at the clinic during weekdays from 13:30 to 18:30 and on Saturday from 9 am to 3:30 pm. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your personal obligations, summer break plans, or other commitments.

We’d like you to
-
Answer and respond to messages coming through Wix, email, Tawk (live chat) and Whatsapp, cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary according to clinic protocols.

Prepare lab test results and send them to the patients via email

Make calls and communicate with insurance providers for insurance patients to get information about the patient’s health care coverage

Deal with insurance companies and assists with completing all the necessary medical claim forms as well as sending them directly to Budapest Claim Department.

Coordinate with doctors for their schedules for patients’ visits, and update the schedule weekly/daily based on doctors’ availability.

Prepare a CRM report and an insurance report every week and send them to the related Manager in Budapest
