Take part in a unique program including a guided tour of the sacred WWII grounds- escorted train travel to Nettuno and back, and an unmissable chance to journey back in time together. We are so honored to support this event again this year, orchestrated by our wonderful partners at Free Exchange.

Admission: Free
Round trip train tickets: €7.20/person, (kids under 12 ride free)
Escorted travel itinerary departs Termini station at 12:30pm, then arrives back in Rome at 6:15PM.
Trenitalia is once again 100% on board to help make our Nov. 11th train journey as pleasant and easy as possible, and hoping to contribute to our Veterans Day Salute in the best way they can. They understand that many Americans, particularly students and the elderly, have never seen the elusive Nettuno grounds 60 kms out of Rome.
They have offered us again this year:
- a reserved, exclusive cabin for us to be seated together during the train journey to Nettuno and return.
- staff dedicated to escort us from our meeting point onto the train.
Melanie Resto, Superintendent of the Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial has offered her usual best support with planning this special afternoon for us, and in particular, helping us participate in the 13-fold closing flag ceremony.
