 A play that is both fierce and funny, Oscar & Walt strips the masks from two giants of 19th-century literature to reveal the uncensored personalities and sexual secrets of Oscar Wilde and Walt Whitman. 

A little-known meeting between Oscar Wilde and Walt Whitman in 1882 provides the dramatic backdrop for Oscar & Walt, a new play about two 19th-century geniuses dealing with the triumphs and traumas that come with fame.

The witty and flamboyant Irish playwright Oscar Wilde meets his match when he visits the aging American poet Walt Whitman in Oscar & Walt, a fierce and funny new play that re-creates their real-life encounter in 1882.
