LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF, MY NAME IS NOVELIA GIANNANTONIO, I AM FROM SULMONA IN ABRUZZO. I GREW UP IN CANADA IN THE CITY OF OTTAWA. IN ITALY I WORKED FOR THE ITALIAN GOVERMENT DEALING WITH HISTORICAL INTEREST, APART FROM MY WORK MY BIGGEST PASSION HAS ALWAYS BEEN HOME MADE PASTA, DONE WITH THE WODEN BOARD AND ROLLING PIN. THIS TRADITION COMES FROM WAY BACK, MANY GENERATIONS INVOLVED, AND I DON'T WANT IT TO DIE. I WANT TO SHARE THIS PASSION WITH YOU.
READY FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE? TO MAKE MY PASTA I USE THE GUITAR (CHITARRA)Â AND LIKE MAGIC YOU WILL CREATE WITH IT THE BEST SPAGHETTI, PROUD TO SAY THATÂ THIS TRADITION HAS ROOTS FROM MY REGION.
THE MENU WILL BE QUITE RICH, STARTING WITH A WELCOME APERITIVO WITH THREE CHOISES OF WINE (RED, WHITE, ROSE') ALL FROM ABRUZZO. WE WILL MAKE PASTA WITH TWO DIFFERENT SAUCES (TOMATO AND BLACK TRUFFLE). YOU WILL HAVE A TASTE OF REAL ITALIAN MEATBALLS, PECORINO CHEESE Â FROM MY REGION (WE ARE A LAND OF SHEPHERDS) AND A SELECTION OF VEGETABLES. AND TO WRAPÂ UP, MYÂ FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE AND PROSECCO WINE.
