Marco Elser, Vice President of the American International Club of Rome, proudly hosts the American International Club Winter Gala at the Nuovo Circolo Degli Scacchi. Black Tie Attire is Required.

Dust off those tuxedos and break out those ball gowns, this is your chance to shine just like stars on the red carpet!!!  BUY YOUR TICKETS TODAY, LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE!!!  For the ultimate cherry on top of the cake, participants  are automatically entered in a raffle for a FREE round trip ticket to the US donated by our amazing partners at Air Canada.  Blackouts and restrictions apply.

This is an AICR Members Only Black Tie Event.  Each validated member can purchase one ticket and one optional ticket for one additional guest.  If you wish to be considered for membership or need to renew your membership to be eligible to attend please click here: apply to be a member or renew your membership dues.  We are accepting all applications. Please note: there is currently a waitlist for non-American applicants.  If you wish to consider becoming a sponsor of the club please view our website for details. EVENT REGULATIONS:  To continue enjoying the privilege of being invited to Circolo degli Scacchi, we kindly inform you that it is permitted to take photos however, they may not be posted on any soical media.  We ask that you observe the rules enforced by Circolo Degli Scacchi by not posting photos on Social Media or making reference to the venue of the event.  This includeds "checking-in" on Facebook and Live videos on any social media platform. 

DRESS CODE: Black tie attire is required

PAYMENT:  Payment can be made through PayPal our website when you register or you can make a bank transfer (IBAN) referencing the name of the guest(s) and the event.  Should you pay via bank transfer please forward your payment confirmation to info@americanclubrome.org no later than January 14, 2022 C.O.B.  Your tickets are not valid to attend until payment has been received and confirmed.  

COVID-19 CANCELLATION: In the event that we must cancel due to Covid restrictions, payment will be fully refunded, excluding any bank/PayPal fees.
